โปรโมทวิดีโอสำหรับซีรี่ส์หนัง Doctor Climax เป็นผลงานเรื่องใหม่ของผู้กำกับ คงเดช จาตุรันต์รัศมี ที่เคยมีผลงานเสียวๆ จากภาพยนตร์เรื่อง สยิว ในปี 2546 และ ปกป้อง-ไพรัช คุ้มวัน กับผลงาน รักจัดหนัก เมื่อปี 2554 ซึ่ง ปุจฉาพาเสียว ไม่ได้มีดีแค่มุกตลกแบบ Dirty Joke เท่านั้น แต่ยังหยิบเอาปัญหาเรื่องเพศมาพูดถึง คลี่คลาย และทำให้เห็นปัญหาชีวิตจากเรื่องเซ็กซ์ จนกลายเป็นงานคอเมดี้ดราม่าซ่อนสารหนักๆ ไปกับเรื่องบนเตียงได้อย่างลงตัว
